I can’t hear all that great anymore

 

And Judy can hardly hear at all!  Normal conversations, even around the house, have to be up close.  If they’re from across the room, or I’m not looking right at her, they have to be loud to keep from having to repeat every sentence.  A little background noise and any conversation between us is screwed.

 

Have you noticed motorcycle couples going down the road, one driving, one on the back, and they each have a mike and are talking to each other?

We wondered, would it be possible to do that in the car or in the bus, but without the helmets?  Don’t want to look too goofy driving down the road with helmets on.  Well, the answer is “yes”.

 

We found noise canceling headset walkie talkies.  They work from room to room when we’re in the house.  Nice range.  One person can be inside the house and the other in the yard.  They’re great in the car or bus while we’re driving.  No shouting above road noise.

 

 

 

And they look cool too, right?
