At the KOA on Interstate 70. We’re on our way back to the Denver area to finish up our appointments before we head south. We didn’t need to stop this early in the day, but it’s a good layup. We’re set for an easy drive back to Longmont tomorrow.
We were out in the boonies in a dark place last night, so we went outside to watch the Orionid meteor shower. It was pretty much like every other meteor shower we’ve stayed up for. I left after an hour and went back inside without seeing any. Judy stayed out a little longer and ended up seeing two falling stars.
The motorhome is tight inside when it’s all closed up to drive. We can get at everything we need, but it’s certainly not roomy.
But then, when we get to our stop for the day, we push a few buttons and it opens up into real rooms again. It still amazes me every time.
