There
is reasoning behind my wondering about the timing of drinking water. I
don’t want to rush enjoying that morning cup of coffee so I savor it. Sometimes
I stretch that cup past noon if I have a second cup. I want to be able to sleep through the night,
without getting up, as much as possible. That cuts off the water intake
at 6pm with dinner. The window within which to fit the daily water ration
shrinks even more if we have an early dinner later in the day.
See?
It all makes sense! Well, this late at night it does, anyway.
