10 milligrams of Valium was a nice start. It got me comfortably from the house to the doctor’s office. It was no match for the adrenaline of the procedure though.
I’m not completely comfortable yet, the equipment still has to heal a little, but for the first time in months, I can stand up straight again. It doesn’t hurt to move. Excellent progress.
