Test driving the new
StarLink setup.
There is nothing involved
with setting it up. Plug it in to the post. Lay it on the ground
pointed north. (It’s that little white plastic square on the
ground.) It’s blazing fast. I think it broadcasts for a couple
hundred feet, so it doesn’t matter if it needs to be farther away from the van
to get a good view of the sky. Password protected. Everybody else
can see the signal, but only we get to use it.

Makes
me think it would be fun to paddle again.
I
don’t think we want to carry boats on top of the car anymore though.
