Follow-up on the little gray moth

 

 

It’s not a moth, it’s a butterfly.  I know this because I know Jon McIntyre who can I.D. almost anything.  It’s a type of Duskywing butterfly.  It looks like there are 28 different kinds of Duskywings.  Mournful Duskywing would match up best with my photos.  Here is a mournful duskywing from the internet.  Check it out.
