We’ve been back in the altitude for a couple weeks now. False alarms aside, we’re doing quite well. (No more club soda for me.) We’re going easy with the exercise, but I still walk an hour a day and it feels good. Jumping on the trampoline with the grandkids might have been a little much, so I didn’t do it for very long.
I’m sure I’m ready for our move up the mountain next week.
Dark threatening skies tonight, followed by thunderstorm cells passing through. Exciting summer weather. We didn’t get any of the hail.
