White-tailed Kite

 

Way out there on a post.

 

It used to be called a black-shouldered kite.

 

But names change.  (Even if shoulders don’t.)

 

 

 

 

They hang in the air when they’re hunting.

 

Anything the size of a large insect is at risk.
