…is like learning a foreign language. I have deduced a few rules:
Every street name can be expressed with a number, no matter how many digits that requires. These numbered streets can be in any order. There are two different compass directions attached before or after every number, and it matters which. Streets can change number at any moment for no apparent reason. In one block, 9th Avenue suddenly becomes 100th Avenue.
I’m a long way from literacy.
