Sorghum

 

 

Miles and miles of sorghum as far as the eye can see.

 

Fully ripe. 

 

Giant seedheads. 

 

Nice and dry. 

 

Ready to be harvested.

 

Sorghum is harvested by mowing off the tops for grain, leaving the sheared-off plants in the field looking like stunted corn.
