If you were wondering:  The reason we explain the rules more in the summer than in the winter is because the population of the park is more transient in the summer.  In the summer, it’s more like a regular RV Resort, with people coming and going.  In the winter, the park is mostly filled by owners escaping their winter up north; Winter Texans that spend one or two or three months here every year.  In the winter, it is more like a neighborhood, with a mostly stable population that already knows all the rules.
