Another update.

We see the dermatologist at least annually so he can repair the damage we’ve done. For years I saw him once a week, but that was for racquetball. Now we’re back to once or twice a year. He’s always blasting some spot with liquid nitrogen, or cutting something off to take a closer look. In December, he took a sample off Judy, and the biopsy came back positive for basal cell carcinoma. That’s one of the milder forms of skin cancer, but cancer nonetheless. Never like to hear the “C” word.

We returned for the follow-up on Thursday, as instructed, and got the “all clear”. Nice to be “all clear”.
